Inari walked towards the cottage in her fox form, but she saw that people were already there, and left quickly (and a bit noisily)

Jahdiel (my new carrie look on character page for more info) trudged home from school, unwilling to go home. In fact, she was so unwilling to go home that she sat down on a tree stump on the side of a trail and opened her textbook. I may as well do my homework here, she thought.
