Leghorn Laying Issue or Nothing to Worry About

I have a 6 month old leghorn that has so far been laying daily with no issues until today. When I let them out for their free ranging just before going to roost I noticed her suddenly walking all fluffed up and kind of straining like she was constipated. When I started to pick her up an egg without any shell at all suddenly squirted out of her and busted. The egg had no yolk at all, just clear liquid and membrane. Once she did this she seemed fine. Before I noticed her, she was acting fine. Eating fine, loud and boisterous like usual.
Her egg shells have always been firm and shaped right. They always have oyster shells available and get layer crumbles as well as crumbles mixed fresh daily with water (mash). For treats I usually give them meal worms 2 or 3 times a week and occasional tomatoes or cabbage leftovers. They also get yogurt 2 or 3 times a week. Today I gave them some yogurt with strawberry tops. Two days ago they got ACV in their water too.
I will add that she has been laying for around 3 weeks now and always lays her eggs in the morning. I have 2 leghorns (and other pullets as well) and they both always lay in the morning. This morning, there was only 1 egg in the nest (from the other hen).
It just seemed out of character for her.
Do you guys think this is unusual or is her body just getting down to business with the whole laying thing?
