They are pretty! I hear they are great layers as well. Double bonus! I am thinking that mine are all Leghorns... their earlobes are lookig white I suppose.

thank you i did not raise them though got them from a neighbor didn't want them anymore he raised them from chicks having r=trouble with predators i guess

Bummer to not raising them from chicks - thays what we are doing, and thoroughly enjoying it. Preadators = no good! I haven't seen anything around here, but I am well prepared -- but I suppose if they want it, they will get it.

I see you have quite a few other breeds in there - what is your favorite?

. Iv'e never seen a Leghorn with anything other than a white earlobe, duh

I would have thought you simply misspelled it if you only did it once, but that isn't the case. My point is that just because you personally haven't seen something, don't make someone else feel like an idiot for pointed out something they HAVE witnessed.
