Leghorn Rooster or Hen????

He looks like a mixed breed bird to me, likely with some White Rock in him.

Thank you all for your suggestions as to what breed. The chickens were given to us so we had no idea what they are !

To me the neck feathers, comb and general disposition scream Rooster to me. Again, I am a new chicken owner.
