legs grew wrong

one of my chicks legs grew to high up. how can i give it a healthly life. it sleeps alot and i have to feed it because it can't stand but it can sit. there is a bubble on it's underside. please help

Could you post a pic so we can see how bad the deformity is? It sounds like the kindest thing to do would be to put it down though, sorry, but a pic will help enormously.
