Legs turning Grey on Golden Comet, HELP!

Our first backyard chickens. 7 Golden Comets. 11 weeks old and we noticed one of our Golden Comets has a grey leg, but the other is still yellow. See pics. Is this scaley leg mites I read about? If so, how to treat it?

I see no indication of scaly leg mites. It would be dramatically raised scales.
Leg color, especially in a hybrid like a golden comet could be all over the place.
The breed I raise are supposed to have blue slate colored legs and feet but I get anywhere from white to black and that is in a pure breed.
