Even though it's only day 3, I'm going to attempt candling this evening.

I feel SO very impatient!

My MagicFly egg candler came! I'll plan to compare phone flashlight, NR360 built in candler, and the Magicfly.

I feel a bit lazy to put them all in, but here are photos.

10 seem fertile, 4 seem infertile, and 2 are hard to tell (dark/speckled)

So far, from what I've seen, 9 are alive and moving, 6 were infertile, and one died during the incubation process. I think I might just have to try hatching another time!

Pulled 7 eggs from the incubator, one with a blood ring, and the others were clear.

Pulled one more yesterday-it was the one with a crack. I'm glad I removed it as it had started to smell just a little.

8 eggs are still alive and moving.

Ok. I am in the Easter hatch along. Mine hatch the Saturday AFTER easter. I though that was too late but Casport said it was fine.

Really? I thought it had to be 5 days before or after Easter.
