I am so glad you caught them and got your lemons back. I am sorry that they picked them all. I wish I could have a lemon tree here.

I would've been plenty mad too. Here I juice a 8 cups of juice at a time, freeze and then toss them in frozen with water and sugar to make lemonaide all summer.

Post a sign in front of the trees. PRIVATE PROPERTY, TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT.Most people really do not realize that it is stealing if they are very far from your house.At one time I managed apts in Newnan, ga with beautiful, I think it was plum trees down near the road, one day I noticed a guy picking them and walked down and asked him if he knew he was stealing, and he said no since they were so close to the road, told him he better go or I would call and have him arrested, Posted sign, no more problem. marrie

Juice you can freeze, don't loose it! All those lemons, how dare they! I hope you got their license plate and called the police on them. If you steal oranges or avacodo's here in florida, your in big trouble!

Have you ever made lemon curd? Since you have a lemon tree (ooohhhh... so jealous) and chickens, curd would be perfect! Then make an angel food cake with all the unused egg whites, split it in half, spread it with curd, and top with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, peaches or strawberries (depending what you can get).
