Length of Fertility

Once a rooster has mated w/ a hen how long does her eggs stay fertile once he has been removed?

General wisdom is at least 2-3 wks - if you want to separate a hen and put her with another rooster then you should wait at least 3 weeks before you start to incubate the eggs to make sure any old sperm from the other rooster has completely worked out of the system. Some people wait a full month just to be doubly sure.
