Lesions on legs

My 5 month old hen has lesions on her legs. She has been sitting a lot and she is keeping one of her eyes closed all the time.

My flock has coccidiosis so I’m starting treatment for them tomorrow. Ive already lost a weak chick to it yesterday.
And a few of my hens have been having difficulty walking and constantly sitting so i gave them vitamin B complex and it seemed to have made them a bit better but not fully well. And eggs have nearly stopped coming.
