I also woke up to a view like that several days ago, we had over 18" in the uk, lukily it as stopped snowing but now we are left with solid ice everywhere, having to de-frost and top of the water several times a day, today was the 1st day in over a week that they actually stepped out onto the snow/ice, have prob figured its not going anywhere in a rush!!

Wow, I just came inside. I found the coop (Yeah) and the girls are fine. They enjoyed their scrambled eggs & moz cheese. Then they went right back in the coop. Tonight is the first night I actually closed the pop door. The snowblower quit on me & I had to drag it back in the garage. I'm not a very big person (92 lbs), so this really kicks the crap out me. I'm exhausted and want to move back to NC...lol

Here in Quebec we only got your leftovers but the temperature is dropping down to -17* c / 1* f.

I will definitely insolate to cut down the condensation in the coop.
