I found a recipe that is like my grandmothers. Only thing different is the recipe calls for milk instead of water. They are probably the best ones I have eaten to date other than hers.​

You have a food processor? I have the best salsa recipe on this planet:

2 cans of hunts diced tomatoes with sweet onion
1 bunch cilantro
1 red onion
1 jalapeno
1 yellow pepper

Toss it all in the food processor and hit GO. After it is blended, cover the top with a CRUST of Lawrys garlic salt with parsley. Blend again. VOILA. The best salsa on this planet.

Thanks, I was pretty proud. But baking takes too much measuring and all that. I can "free hand" cook much easier.

sounds good but no lime? Must have more peppers than that too..we eat HOT HOT food here. Almost as bad as Indian peppers.
