When it is done it has what I like to call a slow burn. You won't taste the hit right away. Starts to hit when you are about to swallow it.

I love Making it. My oldest boy would have thought he was on fire the first time he tried it.

My youngest son tried to eat some hot chipotle salsa with me today. Poor kid, saw his nose running like a leaky faucet, and his eyes were watering . I actually had to make him get a drink. He wants to be like dad and eat the hot foods.​

Sounds like how DD used to be. my 6 yr old niece...my avie..she eats habanero hot sauce on chips with me sometimes

When I was little my dad used to call me to the kitchen when company came over and "show off" how I could eat an entire onion like an apple. I guess that explains a lot......

I prefer jalapenos myself, better flavor. habaneros IMO are only good for sauces.​

never could eat an onion like that. Something about the texture. Love onions but they need to be sliced.

Yeah, my dad calls me "BabyDoll" as a nickname. So it was "Hey BabyDoll! Show em' what you can do with an onion!"
