Seriously, on the meaties, that might be a good choice. I have an "egg route" and the quality of my eggs are getting folks asking about meat. I'm not ready to make that leap yet, as I still use a processor, but if I'm selling eggs that are better than the $4-5 premo eggs, I'm sure I could come in a meat price lower than the speciality meat. I have some cost numbers I collected last year, if you need some data.

Side story on the premimum eggs. One of my acquaintances called me on Thursday to ask "an egg" question, since she knew I had chickens. She paid $5/doz for "free range eggs". The third and fourth eggs where full of blood veins (they threw the rest out). She asked if my eggs *ever* had that problem. I replied no, her response was why? BECAUSE I HAVE NO ROOSTERS! It took me 10 minutes to explain it to her. I think I can get $4/doz for eggs from her now..
