I've been seeing poops with tiny crushed eggshells since they started laying but I can't remember if she was the most with those poops, and since the incident, I don't remember see them, however she was broody since October 29 (so not laying) for like a week and then in November 10 happened the issue. However there are three days that I'm not sure if she lay or not after stopping the broodinessIt's really hard to tell if they are eating the eggshells or oyster shell since they don't need very much of them, but if you put it out there the laying hens will take what they need.
