Lethal temperature of Japanese quail eggs?

If it was my college project I would consider using chicken eggs minus the shell. There's videos online explaining how to hatch with out a shell.
In a well equipped lab it may be possible to monitor oxygen intake and heart rate while being able to see the embryo.

I understand how a chicks heart beat can change with temp but what I want to know now is if there really is an exact number of times a heart must beat before hatch.

@superdood56 wanna try another experiment?

Does the heart beating faster make the chick develop faster?
Or does the "perfect" temp make the cells develop faster?
Is there a way to speed up the development of the cells?
