Lethargic 16 week old, won’t open eyes or eat.

I have a 16 week old Olive egger. I noticed a few weeks ago, she was closing one eye, but didn’t think much of it, as she was acting normal. In the last week, she started closing both eyes and more frequently, still eating, drinking and foraging. Yesterday, she didn’t exit the coop in the morning and I found her still in the perch, seemingly unable to open her eyes. I put terramycin on both eyes and she eventually came out on her own. This morning, I found her the same way, but today, she was very lethargic and didn’t eat or drink on her own. I started Corid yesterday because I did witness a watery poop from her. I’ve noticed no symptoms that would indicate respiratory infection. All other chickens are seemingly fine.

I didn’t think to check for an egg because I didn’t think she was ready to lay yet. How do you check her crop? I am new to chickens this year. Thank you!

Can you cage her by herself and try to encourage her to eat some slightly watered down feed with the corid water?
This will also help you monitor how much she is actually eating and drinking.

What exactly have you been feeding her daily?
