Lethargic and sleepy, puffed up hen

One of my girls who was fine yesterday stayed on the roosting bar this morning when I let them out. I picked her up and she kind of flew out of my arms but snuggled in first (which isn’t normal). She went to the water bowl and took a drink and then immediately laid down and started nodding off and then just laid there until I picked her up and made her a little shelter in the corner of the coop.
I gave her food and water but she doesn’t seem interested.
I’m going to giver her some liquid calcium in case she is egg bound but can I get some suggestions of what else to do?
She does have a bit of poop on her butt but I thought she was just a lazy pooper.
The other 19 hens seem perfectly fine.
I’m a first time chicken owner and never had one act like this
She is about 6 months old.

Meyer Hatchery has a good blog on treating an egg-bound hen. https://blog.meyerhatchery.com/2021/07/how-to-identify-and-treat-an-egg-bound-hen/ Have you checked her crop to see if it's impacted or sour? Seems the standard internet advice for almost ailment is to give them an Epsom salt bath. In over 20 years, I've never done this. I think it mostly makes people feel better that they are trying something.

I honestly don’t know how to check her crop…when I lift up her butt feathers (lol) her crop moves like she is trying to push something out maybe ??
She has some poop under it on the feathers but not on the actual hole.

To check the crop, hold her and run your hand from her neck down to her on the right side of her chest down to her legs. It is a pouch of food and water stored until it moves on to the gizzard. In early morning after fasting all night, it will normally be empty, and then fill up gradually during the day with food and water. Here is a good article on crops:

Does your hen normally lay eggs? Have you seen any soft or different eggs recently in your nest boxes? What do her poops look like? Pictures are welcome. Reproductive disorders and crop disorders can make one feel lethargic. It is good to look her over for any lice or mites crawling on her body. Offer her some moistened chicken feed and a few bits of scrambled egg to see if she will eat for you.

I checked her crop and I can feel it but nothing feels hard or abnormal. Found a video online from a vet tech to figure out how lol.
Yes she normally lays eggs and I haven’t had any unusual eggs at all.
Her butt has been a bit poopy and she has some crusty poop under her vent but it isn’t blocking anything. None of my other hens have this going on so I was thinking she was just a lazy pooper (??) I searched about it a couple of days ago and it seems that might be a normal thing for some hens??
Visual inspection shows no bugs or mites on her or the other girls.
They are very well fed and spoiled and the only thing that has changed in their routine is that yesterday they basically decided they were going to be free range and almost all of them literally flew the coop and were meandering around on the grass around their run instead of inside of it. We live on a farm and there isn’t anything that they would have been able to get into that was dangerous or toxic or anything.
I will scramble her some eggs and see if she will try them.
When I picked her up to feed her crop and set her back down she just laid down and kind of fluffed her wings out a bit and her butt seems kind of sticking up like when they nest.
I gave her approx 1 ml of liquid calcium about an hour and a half ago and no change so far….

The eggs were a no go…she didn’t even attempt. Lethargy is much worse.
I brought her in the house and massaged her crop again to see if I felt anything and she did open her mouth up a couple of times so I tried holding her head down to see if she could get anything out but nothing happened.
I am attaching a couple of pictures and a video.
Her face is basically in the towel and no energy…didn’t even try to grab on with her feet when I was carrying her. I’m sure she is a goner but I want to try to do everything I can
