lethargic and sneezing

well I don't have any asprin can I use ibuprofen? and her vent is not soft soft nor hard could be a soft shell need more info sry I didn't post pics

no ibuprofen!

soft shell eggs get out easily. it might be some infection or inflamation. at this point I would say she needs antibiotics (I hate them but sometimes there is no choice).

can you get human's antibiotics? when I need it I use vibramycin 100 mg (doxycycline), 1/4 of pill/day for up to 2,5 kg bird or 1/2 for bigger. it can be used for a month but I use it 3-4 days, sometimes longer.

im located in Palestine , Israel my birds are fine she is a little perked up today and was free ranging but slow

sure thing sorry I didn't post before but its late now . her face is bright red I stopped giving her the sugar water and yogurt , should I keep giving her those I give it to her in a syringe I also want to know if respiratory disease could travel from bird to bird or be a carrier as I got some new chicks today(between 1-2 months old not sure)

keep them away from all your birds for at least 2-3 weeks, 30-40 days even better. I hope you have some place really away, like at least 100 m. they can get sick if they are near sick birds.

do you have honey? although people give sugar to the chickens I prefer honey. I would give her 1 thing daily, not all every day.

I actually don't have much space I have 2 coops 1 that I was planning to put my current chickens in and another for the chickens that are in now (my basement) but I will put my new chicks in the new one but its only about 6 feet away from the old coop no space cant do anything right why should they be away for a month can a carrier be cured from being a carrier (I don't think so wish you can)it got late and its raining now and the chicks are in the original coop with the older pullets the pullets are fine could be carriers without symptoms

can I vaccinate these chicks since they are only younger than 2 months old so that way they wont get sick?

today she doesn't look to good heres the pics anyway:

in the last 2 pics she was eating rice (her favorite treat ever) and she looked more happy when eating rice as always I gave some sugar water in the water and the rice was warm (I heated now) not too hot and mixed it with 2 T spoons of yogurt and 2 chopped cloves of garlic had fun eating rice (as the chicks never ate it before horrible old owner they were very hungry) I want to use natural antibiotics as the vets here don't care about chickens just sheep, goats and horses I think I already gave them garlic as antibiotic and whats good for respiratory infection? HELP!!!!

was her crop full when you took pics? check her for impacted and sour crop.

I think you are doing what you can. cayenne pepper is an antibiotic too. as for the vaccine, I don't know. I don't vaccinate my chickens.

it is good to keep new chickens away because you don't know if they are sick. in 3-4 weeks they should have some symptoms in case they are. so it is to protect both, old and new chickens.

btw your chicken is beautiful, I hope she gets well!
