Lethargic and Sunken Eyes!!

For how many days should I give them vitamin B complex?
I checked her for mites and lice and couldn't find anything.
I will start their vitamin E and Selenium treatment today.
Is this fine for the treatment of worms? If so, then what should be the dosage and for how many days as this is a medicine for humans?
She seems to be feeling better today.
Her energy is nearly all back and she is eating fine. She isn't that lethargic anymore and her color seems to have been back.
Maybe around 250 grams. She is quiet thin and tall.

I would like to deworm my flock just in case, so what should be the dosage for the above albendazole? (If I can even give this medicine to them)
Dose for the Albendazole suspension that you have pictured, the dose is .5ml per kg given orally once, then repeated in 10 days.

What do you need clarifying?
The suspension you have in the photo (Albendazole) is given orally once, then you will repeat in 10 days.
Dose is .5 ml per kg, so you want to weigh your birds to give the correct dose.
I do not need to mix the dosage in water?
And I only need to give them this dosage 1 time and then another in 10 days?
Many of my birds weigh less than 1 kg, what would their dosage be?

Roughly 2 month old Australorp pullet, who was very active before, is now suddenly lethargic.
I feed my chicks some snacks from my hands. Before, her pecking was extremely strong and today it was as if she didn't have half the power she used to have while pecking.

Her face and wattle also look discoloured and dis- pigmented.

I noticed that her eyes have also sunken in and when I left them to free range, she got separated from her flock easily.
I'm not sure but she does not have mights or something.
