Sounds like a case of internal laying to me. If you saw no blood in droppings, but did see soft shelled/ no shelled yolks on the poo board, her reproductive system may not have developed well enough. If so, perhaps back off on light stimulation to be sure all other Pullets develop more mature oviduct capabilities. Sorry for your loss.

I thought to it immediately, but i wasn't sure because of the age of the pullet (5 months)..
