Lethargic chick

So my chicks hatched while I was away. There's one that is very lethargic. Tonight when I went to close the coop she was laying flat out away from her mama. She responded a little when I scooped her up so I shoved her under the mama hen but I'm so worried. Should I pull her out and keep her inside under a heat lamp or let mama do her thing? I'm freaking out!

Did she feel cold to the touch? She may have been away from mom to long as a newborn.
