lethargic chick

Hi everyone, I hope someone has some advice. I got new chicks last Wed. Everyone was doing fine till this afternoon. I noticed one little guy laying around a lot. He was lying down to eat. Quite lethargic with no energy. He will eat when you put him next to the feeder and has drank. I don't know if he's pooped or peed. Not breathing hard. Eyes clear. Once he dropped down on one side with a wing out oddly. I thought he was dying then. Picked him up and held him for awhile. Put some lytes in the water. Feed is medicated. Dipped his beak in sugar but he has nothing to do with that. ANy suggestions? Karen Dee
