Lethargic chicken and dirty vent

I've got a lavender Pekin Bantam that has today been acting strangely.

She is very lethargic, not wanting to eat, and has a very dirty vent.

The vent is wet and oozing soppy poo.

Is she egg bound? What can I do to make her better?

My other chickens are all fine.

If you suspect egg bound, a warm bath/soak may help her relax and clean up a bit. Is she thin or bloated? Is there a chance she has worms? Try feeding some yoghurt or softened oatmeal to keep food going though her. Isolate her from the rest and see if she doesn't improve. Others may be able to give you more ideas on what you can do.

could be worms.

have you checked her crop to make sure it isn't impacted?
