Nutridrench down the beak can work wonders. Has she had regular access to grit?

yes she is free range and I also have a tray in the coop with grit in it if they need more. Is she supposed to pass something after? I’m fairly new to chickens so I’ve never experienced crop issues

I can think of no reason why you'd ever withhold water from a chicken, with the exception of post crop surgery for part of a day.

Chickens suffering from crop disorders do not feel like eating regular food. I usually offer boiled egg or tofu to get energy into them.

It won't do any harm to proceed with the yeast cream even though you haven't yet confirmed the disorder. If it's sour crop, she should start to feel better by tomorrow. It's important to continue the treatment for a full seven days, twice a day, even though the patient is feeling much better.

Update** I noticed she is drinking on her own. I felt her crop and it seemed a little bigger and she had liquid coming out of her mouth. I gently rubbed it and tilted her down and quite a bit of liquid came out. I didn’t hold her like that for long at all in fear of hurting her. It seemed to empty the pouch a little. Not sure if this if good progress or bad

Wanting to drink on her own is good progress, unless it isn't making it through the crop - like if it's blocked. Regurgitating a bit of water after drinking too much water too fast happens even to healthy birds.

Just wanted to update you guys. She is standing now and making some clucking noises and drinking a bunch so I think my little girl may pull through! I ended up doing the fungal cream and some nutridrench. Thank you all for the help!
