Lethargic chicken with diarrhea

My 1 year old Ameracauna recently became lethargic and does not want to come out of her nesting box. I thought she was broody, so I've been removing her and making her come out of her coop. However, today I noticed she has a lot of brown diarrhea. She hasn't been eating or drinking much either and not laying eggs. What should I do to help her?
 
Has she been wormed lately? Valbazen and SafeGuard liquid goat wormer are very good--1/2 ml of either for a full size chicken, 1/4 ml for a bantam, and repeat in 10 days. Toss eggs until 14 days after the last dose. I would also check inside her vent for being egg bound, and look her over for lice and mites. Probiotics in her water or feed may help with the diarrhea. If her symptoms persist after worming, she could have coccidiosis or enteritis. Here are some links to read:
