One of bard rocks I had noticed was hanging out in a nesting box for most of the morning and usually one they don't use. I picked her up and she that poop on the top of the photo. She endes up leaving the house and getting a drink of water and that is her drinking in the second photo. She is slow (somewhat lethargic) to move and usually keeping her head tucked in. I came back just now and she was back in her box and had that second mor mucusy poop. My first thought was coccidiosis. What do you all think? Our weather has been mixed rain then sun over the past few days.

You can wash her butt feathers with a warm bath, working the feathers with a gloved hand. How old is she? Is she laying? When was the last time she laid? Is she eating/drinking ok? Do they free range or confined? Has it been hot/warm? Have they been wormed?

The upper poop looks fine the lower on I see "lining" or some sort of matter in the clear part of the poop. If you have the poop still, try make out what it is.

She is 2 I don't think she is laying atm. We have 15 chickens and they already are down to 5-9 eggs a day. She is drinking, but I have not seen her eat. It was cool this past weekend with ran and then went up to 80s last 2 days and cool again today. They have not been wormed. Will Check the poop and report back

Head tucked in, scruffy looking, lethargic, poopy butt, mucus poop...Worm her with Valbazen 1/2ml orally, repeat again in 10 days. I suspect capillary worms.
Inspect her for external parasites especially around the vent, and look for fly strike.
It would be best to worm all your birds with Valbazen. If one has worms, most likely the others have them as well.
