I got an americana chicken that has been moping around for several months now. Just stands there with eyes closed. Weighs almost nothing. What's up with that?
How old is she? I had one of my EEs do this several months back (she's 1.5 years old). I separated her for 5 days - dewormed her, and fed her medicated chick feed because she was so thin. She was in the middle of a molt, too so she looked pathetic. She seems much better these last few weeks and is more energetic and looks to be adding some weight.
