Lethargic day old chick with broken beak and no eye

I received a batch of 25 day old chicks this evening and all seem to be great except for one. Don't know breed, etc. as this was a "surprise rare bird". It has a broken? beak - either that or top and bottom are misaligned. Right eye appears to be missing and I'm pretty sure it can't see out of other eye. It will drink a little if I dip beak but hasn't eaten anything. This is my first go around with babies so I don't know whether to separate her from others or what else to do.
