No improvement in eating/drinking or activity. I don't know what else to do for her.

It may take some time to see incremental improvement - not getting worse is good. There is a possibility is that she may be a "failure to thrive" chick...there are a number of threads here - see if you find similarities: https://www.backyardchickens.com/newsearch?search=failure+to+thrive.

A miraculous recovery would be ideal, but as long as she's eating/drinking/pooping, there's still hope.
