You may want to take her to a vet. Sour crop or impacted crop can be very difficult to treat. I have lost one recently that I treated for almost 6 weeks. Many times, crop problems are due to other illnesses. Have the eggs she has been laying looked normal with hard shells, or has she ever laid any soft or thin-shelled ones?

I would learn to tube feed her today by reading some threads and looking at videos. You can use a 35 ml syringe from the feed store plus a length of aquarium air tubing for water and liquids. Your vet might sell you a proper feeding tube with a catheter tip syringe. They are available online as well. That way you can keep giving her electrolyte water, vitamins, and probiotics. Antifungal medications, such as Nystatin might help to treat this.

So sorry, I hate to say it, but I think the dying process has started. About the only thing you could do for her right now is get her in a room that's 80-85 degrees and see if that perk her up.

With only some rare exceptions, a hen lying on her side with eyes closed is very close to death. Sorry to be so blunt. When she no longer can stand and eat and drink, it's pretty much over.

At this point, I would consider easing her out of her suffering.

I picked her up and massaged her crop and liquid started coming out. I took her outside and kept massaging, taking breaks so she could recover. A bit came out her nose at one point, which I know isn't great. Then she struggled a bit and I dropped her. I didn't expect it so it startled me. After she hit the ground she had a seizure and died.

So sorry for your loss, but as said above, she was very close to death and I think her struggling, flapping, and vomiting were all part of the dying process.
