Lethargic Duck Keeps Sleeping and is Unresponsive

Update! Sammy has a vet appointment on Thursday. I wish it could be earlier :/ He seems to be doing a lot better since he started getting ACV on Saturday. Still seems a little sleepy, so we'll see what the vet says. Thank you so much for the help! You guys are the best!
That's great that you can take him in. I'm glad he seems to be doing a bit better too.

for the vet visit Thursday!

Update! Sammy did wonderful at his appointment and the vet said he looks "perfect." Everything is fine. He drew blood just to be sure. He said the only possible disease he could have would be West Nile, but it's probably not that. I will feel good knowing that his blood work comes back normal. Praise God, I'm so happy! Also they said he is a good duck and he didn't even get scared when they put the needle in him :)
