Lethargic hen not eating

My 2 year old golden sex link has stopped laying. She is lethargic and doesn't eat or drink much. Her crop is empty and flat with a granular feel. No sour odor from her beak. I first suspected she was egg bound as that happened to her a year ago but I have soaked her and I don't feel an egg. Her poop is watery and yellow. Her comb has flopped over. Checked for mites. No visible sign of worms. Her vent looks fine although she is missing a lot of butt feathers. I caught 2 young pullets pecking at her bottom. This has been going on 2 weeks. It is in the 90's here in Indiana and I have crated her with a fan in the garage. Vinegar in water, tried yogurt but nothing appeals to her. What should I do next?

Is her abdomen bloated at all? The abdomen is underneath the vent in between the legs.

You may want to try giving her some meat, fish, or eggs and see if she'll eat any of that.

For now I'd just try getting food into her. Also electrolytes and probiotics, like Nutri Drench or Poultry Cell, as @ChickNanny13 suggested.

She took one bite of boiled egg yolk earlier and I gave her a dose of nutri drench. Hope to see some improvement in the morning. Thanks for the advice.

Progress! Alice ate 1/2 scrambled egg with gusto! It's a start. Thanks everyone!
