Lethargic Hen What to do?2 Eggs?!

In the morning went to put my feeders in my chickens coop all of my chickens where good poop normal ate normal drank they all where good she layed her egg like always crop was flat like always, went outside later in the day to take them out she was fine moving like normal looking for grass like always when I’m about to put her inside my sister tells me she’s just standing there with acting lethargic anyone knows what could have happened?

Ok weird thing I have 2 other chickens with her and we got 4 eggs from them the extra egg was in her box.

Here’s how she looks right now, took her out for a bit and she ran and ate some grass when I put her back in she looked like that when I came back outside
