Lethargic hen with pale comb

Hi everyone. We have a very ill hen on our hands and we just do not know what is wrong. She has been very lethargic lately and just lays down under our deck and closes her eyes. Only getting up and scratching occasionally. It has been awfully hot and humid but the other girls seem to be doing fine. She is 4 years old now and one of our dear girls. She is not drooling or panting. At night however, here crop was pretty much empty and squishy. Not hard or full at all. We checked for sour crop but there is no smell. Her abdomen feels fine so we ruled out egg bound. I have not seen her poo or lay am egg though. We hve her quarantined now with some diluted electrolyte water and wetted some of their food for her to pick at. Any advice would be welcomed.

Not in all cases can you feel the egg. She sounds egg bound. Soak her rear end in some epsom salt water-this took care of my neighbor's egg bound hen. I don't know what else it could be, sorry, but I'm sure some other members will have something to say.

Have you checked her for external and internal parasites?

We have checked for external and havr not seen any. The other girls are clean. Too. We are watching for her poo now for worms. If it is worms what should we do? I don't think my parents did the de wormer or have it. What should I get if so?

She hasn't been standing penguin like and we jave had experience with egg bound hens but I will try that

Safeguard, usually sold for cattle and goats is a good wormer.

*Update* her poo is green and runny and there seems to be pink flesh. There is no blood so we don't think it's cocci. I don't see any parasites in her poo though. She's still just laying down with her eyes closed moving occasionally. In the pictures some of the fleshy bits got dirty but it almost looks like intestine and I heard they shed intestine.
