I have a one year old Silver laced Wyandotte that won’t walk more than 3 steps. Lethargic and has dark green watery poop. She will eat and drink a little when I put it in front of her.
I have no idea what this is and if I should be treating the other 11 in the flock.

When's the last time she laid an egg?

I would suspect she's having some reproductive difficulties. The poop is worrisome.

I would get some Calcium into her (1Caltrate with D3, once a day for 3-4 days). Consider giving an antibiotic as well. Amoxicillin can be ordered online or you might luck up and find some at TSC, but I wouldn't count on it.

Work on keeping her hydrated and see that her crop is emptying overnight.
