lethargic hen won't walk

Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? Does she seem too weak to walk far, or is she having trouble with her legs? Do both of her eyes look normal in color and with round sharp pupils? I would hold water and food up to her beak every couple of hours.

None of my chickens have vaccines other than the ones the people I bought the chicks from had to give to the chicks. She seems too weak. Her eyes look normal.
