Hard to see when it's so small, but could it be part of a shell-less egg?

What wormer do you have? Curiously, how did you uncle check them for worms?I have never wormed here specifically but my uncle (undergrad in poultry science and a vet in alberta) checked them all when he was visiting recently and said none of them had worms. I have wormer. Is wormer is ok if she doesn't have worms? weather has been hot but they have access to shade and water. There is also a hose trickling into their pen all day. None of the other girls seem to have a problem at all with the heat.
Worms cannot be felt and just because none were seen in the poop doesn't mean they aren't there. Since you're in Canada, getting wormer for chickens is tricky from what I understand. You best bet would be to find some fenbendazole 10% horse wormer (Safeguard or Panacur, liquid or paste). Whether it's for birds, horses, cows or goats, it's all the same, fenbendazole 10%.She has never been wormed specifically, but we are going into town today to get some. I'll post what kind it is. He felt around their bodies, checked the areas of the coop and run where he thought it was most likely to have worms, then he went through as many droppings as he could find.
It's better than nothing, I guess. Try to find some Safeguard or Panacur, it's a much better wormer. The only wormer they had was piperazine 52. It says for chickens it kills large round worms and nodular worms.
