New chicken mama here! My nine-week-old Silkie is acting lethargic and keeping her left eye shut. She does open it sometimes and the eye itself looks fine. What should I do?

What did the worm look like?Update: I don’t know if this is related but I just saw a small worm on another chicken’s beak. One of the other chickens ate it. All of the chickens are pooping normally. I saw the lethargic one eat earlier today but haven’t seen her drink. She was fine yesterday. Please help!
May have been some type of earthworm then.Thank you for your help! The worm was skinny, about 1/4” long, pink/tan color. I’m attaching a photo of her poop. Last night was the chickens’ 3rd night sleeping outside in the coop. I’m going to make a run to Tractor Supply to get some vitamins now. She ate quite a bit of wet food from my hand but doesn’t seem to want to drink.
She's 9weeks so has some feathering in to do.I just picked her up to feed her vitamin water with a syringe and noticed her chest is bare??View attachment 2387054
