Oregano And 1 tsp ground red pepper. Allow free choice water. I kept my bird in a dog crate. This worked when I had a bird with exactly the same 'crusty butt'. I assumed that my bird had coccidiosis, however, because this was a younger bird. I soaked his bottom in water just to get the crust off. In about 3 days, my bird was better.
