Lethargic sick hen, won't eat, please help!

Thursday morning I went out to the coop at 6am as usual and just like every other day my rooster woke up and my hens stayed asleep. It was about 6:30 when I started getting concerned about Houdini. She was ignoring the food and water I had set out and when I tossed in some tomatos she didn't even open her eyes. I picked her up off the perch and she briefly opened her eyes and then snuggled into me, falling back asleep. Both my mom and I examined her and couldn't find any physical injury. She wasn't lighter then usual and seemed to be fine other then not responding.
We gave her a bath and my mother checked her vent in case an egg had gotten stucK (none had). After we examined her I took all the other chickens (5 hens, 1 rooster) out of the coop and fenced enclosure and put them in the garden.
There wasn't any mushrooms, rotting food, inedible objects or anything that I could find that might've make her sick. I've watched the rest of the chickens closely, and our chicks but none of them are acting out of the norm.
We've been keeping her inside the house in a cat carrier and she doesn't seem to be getting worse but she's also not getting better. All she does is sleep. She'll sit in my lap for hours without moving or showing interest in anything. If I put her down she just stands there or walks over to the carrier and stands/sits down in there. She stands with her head tucked against her chest.
She previously had an ear infection but we don't know any more of her medical history as we just got her a month ago (she's only a few months old).
She has been drinking approx. 12-16 ounces of glucose water a day but only when I'm holding her and put the water right under her beak. She won't eat so my mom and I have been force-feeding her but we haven't been able to get much more then 2-3 tablespoons of a mix of plain yogurt, chicken feed and antibiotics in her a day.
I'm very concerned about her and would appreciate any advice.
Attached are some pictures of her and of her poop

She does sound sick. Since you found nothing apparent wrong with her I would suspect something internal. Often birds don't recover when they look like that. If you have access to a vet I would take her in, otherwise you are just guessing. Sorry.

Can you take her to a vet?
Having a fecal test on that poop would be a very good idea.
How old is she?
What are you feeding her?
Has she ever laid an egg for you?
You mention that she previously had an ear infection - who and how was that treated?
You also mention you put her on antibiotics? What type and what dosage?

She looks very ill, so vet care would be best. Check to see that her crop is emptying overnight, for any lice/mites and swelling or feeling of bloat in the abdomen. Do the best you can to keep her hydrated - this is very important, offer poultry vitamins if you have them. If she is not eating well, then offer wet feed, scrambled egg or tuna to see if she likes that better.

Keep us posted.

:highfive:Have you given her a nice warm bath? It probably won't fix anything- but would make her feel good. Especially when you blow dry her after :) :love

A couple of my ex battery hens got really "down" before dying- never found out a cause, but they got baths and blow dryed and very comfy.

Never in my life would have I expected to be happy being woke up by a chicken at 4 am, but this girl did as she was finishing off her water. I will post what we did, and how she is doing in 24 hours but since she is quite a bit more alert, her poop has returned to normal and she is now drinking on her own, fingers crossed we are out of the woods with her!!!
