Hi everyone! My baby silkie have been through so much. It froze here and we lost power. I thought they would be ok but they are still weak. Yesterday they seemed like they were getting better, today my splash is so lethargic it can barely stand. The others are still not doing well but at least they are up and eating/drinking and moving. I have strong hope for the.. but my splash.. I can tell there is water in its crop but each second it seems to get less "alive". I have a heat lamp on them and have them inside with me at work currently. I just can't leave them. One of my surviving chick's from my last hatch has crawled into the bed I made for splash and is cuddling it. Its doing the best so I'm not sure why its doing that but its very sweet.

Guys I was just holding it with it in its nest because it had opened its eyes, all the sudden it stood up flung its self out and tried to commit suicide.. now its back in the broader but it keeps shaking its head which I keep stopping so it doesn't break its neck. What is this??!! Please I can't loose any more. I lost 4 ducklings and 3 chicks already to this crazy freeze and black outs.

Its too late.. she died in my hands.. please send me some good energy for my other chicks.. I'm just devastated.
