Good news! The polish seems to be 100% better! His feathers are back in place and the poo looks back to normal! I was able to get someone to run me to the tractor supply and get feed last night too. I wonder if his little tummy wasn't liking the other stuff maybe. Anyways, thank you guys so much for trying to help

And I never expected a problem with one of mine. I got day olds from a hatchery Wednesday and one is peeping all the time and I picked her up and I don't believe she's eaten. I tried to tube feed her 1 ml of feed slush and after she had trouble standing and propped herself against a wall. I think I may have a "failure to thrive". I will do everything I can but it may not be enough. I'll see what tomorrow brings.

Thanks. It’s been my only loss so far. Hopefully the last. Everyone told me it was probably just an internal defect or something and there’s nothing I could have done. I still feel bad for the poor little thing though. Buried it in my front flower bed.

You get your new baby tomorrow. Are you excited?

I have a very hard time getting over those who cannot be saved. Some things are beyond my control. How sad.
