Lethargic, sleepy chicken

I'm so so sorry! When you say her abdomen is soft, is it softer than what is typical for her?

I've never heard of a chicken farting before though!
 
Yes, by a lot.

I only call it that because it sounds like a fart but nothing comes out. There's no smell though when she does it.

The distended abdomen sounds a lot like water belly to me...I believe it's most often caused by liver failure which in most cases all you can do is try to make her comfortable. The positive I can give you if that's the case is that if it's liver failure then it's not contagious to your flock. Hopefully someone else here can better assist you than me. Fingers crossed that I'm wrong!
 
Her head nodding has become less stronger. She has not drank or eaten anything today, and only pooped one more time. Her beak is filled with very sticky spit, and tons of it. We are honestly considering culling her. How long should I wait before I do?

Uh ho...sounds like you might be dealing with a respiratory illness.
