My outdoor cockatiel died about 30 minutes ago

, I think she got too cold. She lived in my pigeon/quail cage but managed to climb into the empty cage that was up higher in the wind and must have just gotten chilled.

Oh no!! I'm so sorry!! We were thinking of moving ours out but I'm not sure we should do it this time of year. That's what I worry about!

She was fine even on a 21 degree night we had and would snuggle up with my quail to keep warm in their haypile, I guess she just couldn't handle the direct chilling wind.
