I am REALLY not an argumentative type person at all but I really need to clarify this. I don't think it qualifies as SPAM at all. Here's two different definitions from two different creditable websites:

This is just counting. It doesn't plug up the forums like when the Asian posts hit at night. If I post 100 times it doesn't fill the "New Posts" page at all. It only shows up one time ever. Even members that are subscribed to this don't get notified repeatedly. It only shows me there is a new post, whether 1 or 100.
My goodness, because it's a game it doesn't even count to how many posts I have overall.

So please tell me, what is the harm here?

I'm not a moderator, so don't ask me. I would recommend contacting DuckLady (formerly terrielacy), one of the administrators/moderators on BYC.

Yes and no. Every thread still has to follow BYC rules. I'm a rule follower, so I PM'd a Mod to see if we are okay or not. For now we better just post 1...unfortunately.

This is a game thread. While technically posting a hundred time in a row is spamming and frankly very annoying it is not something the Staff is going to be enforcing too much here.
If you were doing it on a thread discussing a rare breed, that is another story.

So go ahead and post all you want here, just remember that being courteous and non-annoying will win you more friends than not.

If you have questions or an issue with someone posting the way you don't like, please don't call them out in public (that's rude). Use the report button or PM me. And by the way, using the report button is not an "OMG I am getting Someone In Trouble" button, it can be a "Hey look at this please because I am not sure if it's against the rules" button.

Those of you who are getting into someone else's business by dictating rules, are encouraged to edit their posts to remove such buttinsky-ness.
