I call the babies chick-ace-es just cuz I like to be different.

I also call my incubator my "ink-a-ma-bator" for fun.

Both words are patterned after people trying to pronounce things they couldn't, and I liked it, so I adopted it.

I also call cows "moofs" b/c of a little girl I used to babysit for.
 
*Oh-- and P.S.: We probly ALL have to much time on our hands, AND no doubt took a serious whack or two to the head at some point in our lives-- or else Why Raise Chickens???

He still refers to old women who annoy him as biddies...

Now that right there is dangerous! That's a sure fire way to get a whole mess of nuckle bumps on the head. OUCH!
