I don't know much about silkies but I think that the first and second are females. I am unsure about the third.

I would say #1 pullet, #2 roo and #3 I am a little unsure of, but leaning roo. The reason I say roo on #2 is because of his comb. Both my white silkie roos looked exactly like that at around 8 weeks. We ordered 5 female buff silkies April 9th and a female splash April 23rd and their combs look exactly like your #1's.

I have a feeling in my gut that #1 is a male and #2 is female and #3 is male. Usually I could sex my silkies pretty early on but mine I usually get from a good breeder and learned to tell the differences. But I'm a little stumped on yours...
