You just have to remove all the old style waterers from them and sit and press the nozzle until they see it dripping. That problem will never end, that's why most of the feeders and waterers have bails on them so that they can be hung up via a chain or rope. Lowe's or Home Depot have various chain types on rolls, choose your color and material. Stainless Steel is probably best for the chain.
