I keep them in a cage at night since I still need to build them their own place but they enjoy freeranging all day with the silkies and go back to their cage in the eavening, such good birds. I just love them. I need to get better pics but here are some of them hanging out on top of my silkie tractor

Ask and you shall receive! Well, almost--I can't figure out how to upload a photo or two. I'm feeling rather computer illiterate today. But thanks anyway for the great photos, all.

Look up at the blue bar where it says "Index" on the left... look to the right where it says "Uploads." Click on that, then browse for you photo and upload. It gives you a link to your image that you then insert in your post. Good luck, look forward to seeing your pictures."

I finally figured out how to post pics and now I can't find the pics I just took. My DH will help me tomorrow. He's the computer guy.

Dh found them for me. These first pics are about 2 wks ago. You can't really tell, but I have 3 Toms and 3 hens. Sven, Ole, Oscar, Lena, Ocho, and Garfield. Ocho and Garfield are the "problem children." Ocho runs in figure 8's and circles all the time. Thus the name "ocho". Garfield was the poult w/ 1 closed eye. She also has a slight cross beak. I couldn't cull her, so kept her seperate w/ a stuffed Garfield cat. DD's named her before we knew she was a hen. We really love her though.

These last 2 pics are of Garfield enjoying some strawberries. My DD was feeding her. She enjoyed it so much, she had a red head. We had to wash her face because the other turks were thinking she was a strawberry!
